lol

There is clear and growing evidence to suggest that a proportion of V8 owners might benefit from an IAM course

Difficult to tell Andy could be panels and cosmetics could be damage to the chassis members that support the bumper brace etc.
It would also need a good check underneath the aircon compressor may also have been walloped

BTW I was under mine yesterday looking at the diff filler plug and pondering on just how much dismantling would be involved just to get the rear part of the exhaust off as it wraps it self around the diff so niceley!

Ad does not say if the airbags are ok

You're missing yours aren't you
Go on you have the facilities go and take a look, I think 5.5K is too much though still probably a couple of grands worth of work there and the car will always have a tainted history if it has been recorded as a right off

Looks as though it was very well cared for just by looking how clean those wheels & paintwork are!

I wonder where it came from?

Supprised Tim hasn't called them to ask the chassis number.

Given how few of these there are on the road it is suprising how many seem to find their way into a salvage yard!

Default Go on its an easy one

HI should of waited, my reshell could be avoided, if I waited for one of these much more lightly bent V8's.
If anybody take's it on, I have two front wings, front slam panel, front cross member, struts, hubs, steering rack and brakes going spare all for a V8
even got a "as new" clutch.
and lots of advice

I like these cars alot, but we seem to be a very small minoraty as the prices that they change hands for are a joke, OK there 4.6 but even so compared to a 540 BMW there a bargain.

cheers

Steve

Have the facilities it's just the cash to do it that is a problem!
If you could get the car for 4.5K to 5K I recon it is a bargain.

063 and I have been helping Richard with the details as he was thinking about repairing and using. There is no chassis damage the air filter bell has gone but the engine is sound. Two wings mirror, front bumper, rear 260 badge, air filter housing and filter. If anybody is interested I can sent/post other pictures.

If you have a mini bigsteve need to work on a car this will be the one.
