Good morning all, how is everyone? I have had to cancel going away as Jessica twisted her back and yesterday one of the dogs was bitten by a snake. We are having a lot of snakes around and they are not always that easy to see. I took Jessica to the chiropractor who worked his magic. I am not so sure how it is going to work out for the dog, the vet has done his best to give the dog called Gin, a fighting chance. Currently 19C, heavy rains and 24C expected today.

Cool

Morning everyone from damp Saltash.

More rain, again.

Got Allen coming round this morning to help unload Banana with his new interior for Ratty. Both front seats are of the electric type and quite heavy for me to lift. Going to store the interior in my garage till Allen is ready to install.

Morning all, hope the dog pulls through Phil, it’s warmer here this morning at 7 deg (still needs to be 27 in my opinion)

Morning fellow Chillers - and it is - chilly that is. We've had a slight frost overnight and it's now just cold and grey.
I'm on house sitting duties for my daughter and son-in-law today. When she first bought her house, she got a fixed rate mortgage for 5 years at 5.1%. Now that the 5 years is coming to an end, she's been able to get another 5 years - at only 1.64% - that's a saving of well over £300 per month on repayments
I remember the days when the mortgage rate was around 12% back in the early 90s
