If it had not sold over the weekend I would have seriously considered buying it

I would have used it for my roof off project but realistically that is not a project I want to start before the spring assuming the world has not come to an end and we have all been made redundant houses repossessed etc!

so no rush to buy a donor under the current economical climate I suppose!
