Still on a promise from 1 Hotel ( £130) and 45 quids shy from the TA.

But still 5k back in the pot to go into the 2021 trip ( maybe)

.

The villa was a private one which is not protected in anyway so no refund .. but got a free date move to 2021

I battled for flight refunds from both Etihad and emirates. Etihad in particular fought hard not to give a cash refund, I said a voucher would not do as I would not use it.
