Monkey required
Tomorrow was to be the day when the engine was started after six months of overhaul. I decided to put 3 litres of water in too test for leaks. There was the dreaded dripdrip. It had to be from the heater pipe at the rear of the engine. Does anyone have a spare pet monkey Icould borrow to climb up and fix it? Perhaps they are all quarantined too.
Maybe I should change the cooling system to air cooling. i am livid but I dare say I shall get over it......: eventually. |

Perhaps a long flexible extension with the appropriate bit in the end ???
( I'm assuming it's a hose clip.)--- |

Actually it turned out to be quite accessible (that is in Rover 75 terms. Either by hooking one's arm over the catalytricic converter or in from the side with the front wheel removed and over the drive shaft Many thanks
