Fantastic.

So when this is done you will be able to buy the kit, have it painted off the car and then fitted meaning no painting of whole car etc.

Yes mate hopefully we are trying to get it as good fit as possible, the problem is if the car it been fitted to has had body repairs or damage at sometime we will be selling as trim to fit and recommended body shop fitting. (we have to cover our own back)

How do they fit? I know you've added arch extensions but have you cut or rolled the arches?

Default Tonight we have been doing the front n/s arch

Tonight we have been doing the front n/s arch, collecting rear arch's and door, rear bumper trims form the fibre glass shop. Tomorrow night they need to be bonded and rear arches cut to fit. ( a long night i think)

Really interesting build guys, obviously a lot of time and effort is going into getting it right

Can see a stickered up wide arch zt as a good advert for my business

Interesting development, and cant wait to see the end results,

Wheel arches look too big to me at this stage, but then it is hard to tell when the car is incomplete...

How much is this going to cost (to the general public?!)

At least the costs for you can be written off

Hi mate the arches are very extreme hence the name mate (not to every ones taste) we know.
The price is not known yet as we are still get moulds made and haven't had a price for the full kit been taken off.
We are developing the kit in our spare time and we will be standing the development cost's ourselves as we want the public to afford the kit but as it is a full kit it will not be really cheap. But we will be offering the kit as separate items to make it easier.

Default Cracked on a little today.

Wheels back, all new allen key nuts and bolts. We had a small problem as our tyre changer would't put the massive tyres on the wheels. Got them fitted at a specialised tyre company, the the wheel bolts are about 1.5 inch to short.
