I might give it a go after Christmas once the parcel post is back to normal. If I use the car regularly the lines gradually clear, well some of them! In cold weather it is virtually illegible. Is it normal for this to happen in cold weather?

Did you fit a new LCD the first time?

Yes as the screen warms up through use it's normal to see some lines dissapear and the cold them brings them back. Very hot conditions such as heatwaves in the summer can cause lines to appear as well.

I've noticed from these photos that it seems very cold inside your workshop.

Seriously though, I need my display sorting out, are you still offering this service? I'm looking at driving down March/April and getting it done there and then. How much is the complete supply and fit job?
