Clever. Seems silly until the day you forget! Wish I'd had one on the Golf I was driving. AA were great but with discount it was £200 and a lot of inconvenience.

I nearly bought one of these when I first bout my ZT as this is my first diesel car.
I'm glad to say, so far ( this will jinx it! ) I've not made the mistake!

Indeed, but it takes a while and by the time it happens, you're so sick to the back teeth of that same monotonous message: "Beware, diesel ! - - Remember, diesel !" you'll have ripped it out and stamped on it. Believe me.

That reminded me of a car alarm I once fitted to my old Isuzu Trooper, the car alarm talked when you would arm and disarm the alarm, it would say 'Vehicle armed-Vehicle disarmed' in an american voice.

If the alarm was triggered by shock or tilt sensing, it would say 'Please step back-this vehicle is armed'.

It was hilarious.
