Condolences to all the bushfire and flood victims

It's totally devasting here in Melbourne - and people are in shock as nearly everyone is affected by knowing someone directly involved.
The fires are still continuing to burn through out the state - some still out of control very close to the city and into the fringes. It's not over yet. Driving into work today the sun was blood red trying to shine through the smoke - and even now at midday the sunlight is orange. Another day of numbness. Everyone is volunteering to help in some way. Thanks for your thoughts to all from so far away - as I know it means a lot to everyone both affected and all those amazing volunteers working hours and hours on end.
