Default (VOTE) Prescott Speed Hill Climb Dates (VOTE)

Hi all,

Following Mr Edd's amazing work with the Bugatti Owners Club, I thought a vote of when people would want to go.

As per the e-mail, personally I think we should go for the French Weekend date in May.

Just to persuade you further - one of these will be there:

Please drop your preference down via the poll buttons on the top of this thread!

Hi Guys
Read this thread with interest & I have just spoken with a Bugatti owning friend of mine and he strongly recommends the French weekend, there is lots of off track entertainment including can can dancers, mime artists etc etc to keep the whole family happy, also a couple of times in recent years there has been a fly past by the battle of Britain flight and Bugatti have sent across the works Veyron complete with works driver Pierre Henri Raphaenel.

I can vouch for the French weekend especially the Sunday. One of those very memorable days out with my camera club. in fact I wouldn't be surprised if I am attending both clubs on the same day this year.

Here is a slide show of that day with the camera club. Click Me

Please note that this was made before I got used to the software with which I did the Bruntingthorpe meet. Which I thought was fantastic and gave me the incentive to suggest this venue.

I don't think there will be any problems with mud unless it has been raining for quite a few days beforehand. The car park is quite large and they section areas off for a variety of car manufacturers. There really is a large contingent of companies represented. You will be impressed with the cars that attend.

They had the Bugatti on show that had been stored in a garage for 50 years and was bought for 3 million quid. Looked like a heap of junk to me but hey what do I know.

But to see the Veyron's burning around the track is something else.

Take a look at my slide show to get a feel for the place.

Edd

I have had PM's from a couple of guys and the answers are yes. Please do everything from the clubs perspective as I will not be able to organise anything from my end. I have an invalid I need to look after which ties me up somewhat.

If someone contacts Bugatti just say you are taking over the organisation for the meet.

Believe me if you enjoyed Bruntingthorpe in the rain you will love this place wet or dry.

I have just browsed through all of them and I saw a couple of the guys from my camera club so I guess I would have been there then too.

It really is a fantastic day out hey, worth every penny and it goes on for a full day.
