MGZT CHASSIS NUMBER 7

V8
Doing my research chassis number 7 was loacted it was parked up with the Rover blue test cars, in fact several of them. These were very badly damaged however chassis number 7 with only 17000 miles on the clock is still honky dorey with only front bumper damage. Here are some shots...

Humm. Maybe this bumper damage was caused by the hairpins not bwing strong enough for the v8!

Someone save it!

I can confirm it is 007, was one of two development cars to be registered so would suggest they were for road test and development. Three cars came off the production line at the same time 006, 007 and 008. All three were the same colour but with slightly different trims. Born 10th of September 2002.

It would be good if someone could pull it out of this sad state and would have the support of the Two-Sixties collective if progressed as a project.

Funny did not need to see V8 in the text. The screen wash bottle gave it away.

That's a lot of "developement" miles, I hope it hasn't been a PAVE car. Hopefully Nic will be able to confirm or otherwise.

Might be missing the engine, bit high on the front struts.

Are those cars out the back of A.E.Wilcox in Somerset? as they had several MGR crash cars there.

Just realised it is at Wilcox lol.
Strange the factory V8 has Hairpins fitted!
