Have been keeping a spreadsheet for m.p.g. with different synergy settings to find the most efficient setting . Work in progress but when i fitted the synergy i cleaned the pcv filter and egr which was filthy and valve jammed shut , as for intake mod the whole air intake pipe from grill to air filter was missing , which didn't seem to bother my mechanic to much so have done nothing about it so far . I drive the same route to work and similar at weekends so the m.p.g. figures are valid for my car as i drive at the same speed and style which is 55-60 on rural roads and measure using the brim to brim method http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=ph-UGU0xILK0zmVKzhMxKAg

The above looks almost exactly what I get.. As a rule of thumb, if I put £10 in, it gives me 100 miles, £20 gives me £200 miles and so on.. Obviously, if I'm close to home for a few days I might only get 150 miles from £20, and if I'm doing a few long runs I might see 230 miles from £20, but over a full tank it balances it's self out.. 29MPG just isn't acceptable..
