Default C Pillar Rattle

I think Ive traced rattle to passenger side C pillar. Haynes doesn't give much help on removal.
Any help would be appreciated and what would be most likely causes (and cures) for rattles
Thanks
David

The only thing I can think of is the aerial amplifier, which I believe is mounted half way up under the trim on the nearside C pillar.
