Terry Wogan gets £800,000 per year for his Radio Show as a minimum then on Top separate Payments for TV Shows and Children in Need and the Eurovision Song Contest.
He did say that people shouldn't complain about J Ross's £18 Million pay Packet as he any anyone else would accept it if offered. |

Official figures show that Wogan is now on £800,000 per year whereas Ross is on £18million over 3 years (less of course the £1,500,000 he's not being paid during his 3 month suspension - how will he make ends meet )

Clarkson gets £2million in salary and around £300K in 'extras' from the BBC
Paxman gets £800K per year for Newsnight and anouther £240K per year for University Challenge - which isn't bad for a 'second' job . . . |

If we all liked exactly the same thing what a boring world this would be. I don't like his payments he receives for a 5 Day break, for Eurovision, using Licence payers money, but that is another point about the overpaid staff at the BBC. |

I like Wogan, much rather listen to him than the rest of the dross on the radio, at least he makes you laugh! |

I offered to save the BBC £8million by doing Ross' job for £10million over 3 years - I'm still waiting to hear back so they must be considering it . . .

between 0600 hrs and 0930 hrs i have radio 4 on kennedy and wogan pile of pants . wogans humour is awfully not funny. if that makes sense . i do like ross on the radio but his wage is criminal. last couple of weeks i haven't miss his humour,so i wouldn't care if he didn't come back.but im sure the beeb would waste our money on more rubbish.
