There was Stubie on here used to have some but dont think he does it anymore, there used to be some on Ebay for sale but it was more like emulsion than dye as it would just come off when wet

From what I have heard the Ebay version is no better than emulsion, you might get luck and find a member who has a bit left over

Try this firm
https://gliptoneeurope.com/leather/

They used to have a unit near me but have now moved and integrated and changed to 'Liquid leather'. Under Gliptone they used to have a kit for repairing/recolouring leather. I'm pretty sure it is the Scuffmaster product. I did my wheel about 5 years ago and its still as good as the day I did it.
I had to provide a sample of sandstone as they didn't have as a stock colour but that may have changed. Suggest it would be well worth having a conversation with them.

Forum member blacknwhite supplied me with a sandstone kit and my steering wheel came up very nicely. Kit came in three bottles, prep (acetone), dye & sealant.

Regards
