No, the pop up headlamps are not part of the original build, a modification by the owner.

I didnt think so. I have seen it before, but cannot recall its name. I remember thinking that it looks like the offspring of a Renault 17 and an Allegro, if the 17 and Allegro was brother and sister lol.

My first thought was an Ogle Mini SX but that's not it.

Very similar shape and Mini based, but even rarer than the Ogle.
