Morning all, Yet another dark damp day with light rain & the beeb forecast is for heavy rain from later this morning on for the entire day, Deep joy.

Afternoon all, Chucking it down & another one of those dark days when the house lights haven't been switched off all day. It's been laundry day & the washing machine/tumble drier have been on non stop since 09:00

Baked potatoes filled with chilli con carne for tea.

Received a card from some reverend in Nottinghamshire with a begging letter attached. Seems he needs fuel for his 2 Rover 75’s.

Today took the kids for a hot chocolate at Tesco, made my Flat White Coffee look tiny compared to theirs!

Also went to a couple of Xmas Car Boots/Xmas Markets and later nipped to Asda to fuel the 75 and pick up a couple of things.

Evening all, spent the day between doing a few bits on the dorchester, then back inside when the cold got too much to sort tidy and clean the glass cabinets in the house.

Glad I walked Meg first thing as its lashing down outside now, just made and eaten a chicken Korma, now having a pint of Goodness to wash it down while watching a program about canal boating.
