This will never happen. Regardless of the uniformity of the human race, there will always be something to debate and disagree about. For example, is the correct term clipping, absorbing or something altogether different when applied to DC? Uniformity of the human race could not possibly be allowed to get in the way of the settling such important matters.

'Constituent'? 'Singular'? Of course. One part of the whole with definable characteristics and objectives. Size, features and colour being irrelevant in any analysis.
