Cool

Morning everyone.

Lovely sunrise this morning.

Off to get essential shopping this morning.

Allen is home from the hospital, he phoned me last night. Good to hear his voice again.

Morning all.

All a bit dull and grey here. Dry though.

Looks like I'll be spending the day changing the clutch master cylinder on my green tourer. Hopefully that'll bring the bite back up from just off the floor.

Bird feeders to fill - Again - squirrels are a greedy nuisance . Steve, who do you get your bird seeds etc. from. Shops near here are a silly price. Cheers.

Nano social tonight. Just got to check if it's still on.

Don't think Quizzie's ever heard a church bell ring . She'd probably want to go and play with it

Take care.

I like a challenge but . . . . my wife handed me two strings of LEDs (like a fancier version of those self adhesive LED strips) without a transformer/connector "make them work!". The LEDs are marked 12v so I found a 12v transformer, four wires on each string so need to find out what's positive and what's negative. I can probably get them to light but as for fancy patterns . . . . that ain't happening.

The LEDs are three colour. Re the four wires, one positive and three negative, one for red, 2nd for green, 3rd for blue, the missing transformer/control box must switch between the negatives. Can't really do anything with it.

Reading on the BBC News website, a Grammar school in West Sussex asked parents to pay £3.50 for a Christmas lunch for their kids. The "Christmas" lunch looked like something out of a Dickens novel, comprising of a single slice of turkey on a dry bread roll, a single pig in blanket, a small square of stuffing and a mince pie.

Parents began complaining in droves, initially the school tried to justify the cost but has now apologised and is offering to refund the money.

Somerset pork casserole went down a treat, they've scoffed the lot I've been putting cubed sweet potato & some Japanese squash I grew into the last few casseroles and it's made a big difference, Bootiful.
