but i bet they are cheaper the more you buy at once and over time. I understand builders not doing it voluntarily but perhaps it should be legislated for.

I’m taking about uk people pushed into poverty now and in the near future. Prices are going through the roof. People need to be able to keep warm this winter and feed themselves. More food banks and kitchens would help.
