It's the hazard warning button that annoys me.
Now that is in a stupid place, and easy to switch on accidentally.

The "horn" on my Sportage has been described as "feeble" by the motoring press! I may have to swap the single for a pair of "proper" audible warning devices! The switch position is fine, just the resulting whimper that I object to. No doubt a "safety" issue to protect the sensitive ears of Joe Public!

Blow Joe Public's ears, on all the cars I have ever owned I've fitted high pitched air horns that also sound like screeching tyres, compressor fed via a relay connected to the original horn which is left on. Though I only use the horn rarely and only when needed, this allows a quick one second or so tap on the button to use the vehicle horn, anything longer and the air horns emphasise my concern for my, someone else's, or both our safety including those gawping at their phone, listening to their tunes with earphones, both as pedestrians or drivers. The horns have mystical properties that appear to make pedestrians levitate back on to the pavement. 🤣
