Slow going on the roads, the driving sleet up around Bolton is terrible, Trans-Pennine routes are already closed due to snow.

Well being kept busy this weekend....

Got to tidy out the wife's car and check it over before it's MOT tomorrow, hopefully fingers crossed being 4 years old and only covered 17000 miles from new should be ok, Longest I have kept a car as well

Possibly have family visiting tomorrow and most likely checking my ambient temperature sensor on Sunday, see if I need a new one!

Andy - Meg looks better turned out than me. I think I need to visit Meg's grooming parlour.

Not a happy bunny. Spoke to the GP about the problems I'm having just now, wants a blood test to check various things. Phoned the reception to organise said blood test . . . . first available appointment is next Friday morning

Evening all. What a miserable cold sleety day it's been & still coming down albeit not as bad.
Oof! just back from dropping our daughter off to collect her car total bill £715 for the heater unit replaced
I'd have just worn a thicker jumper than fork out that much Gino's meatballs & spaghetti with a garlic baguette for tea followed by a bottle of Henry's me thinks.

Well, a hair cut just hasn't been the same since Glamorous Lucy sold the local hairdressers and moved on. In those days, being shampoed with those delicate fingers running gently through one's hair was such a pelasure that the follow-on haircut was a bonus.

These days I let the hair grow so long that I have difficulty seeing myself in the Barber's mirror when I do go in.
