Morning all.

Raining here too but not lashing it down like some.

Need to cut some more wood for the open fire - Quizzie gets upset if she can't curl up in front of glowing embers and flickering flames. .

Mornin'. Rain has stopped here, woke me up on the early hours, but looks like it could restart any time.

This Tissot watch I inherited is proving somewhat intriguing, a magnifying glass revealed a model number but an online search for said model number doesn't produce any images of a watch with the same face.

Morning all, how is everyone?

27C forecast, not so hot today so I am going out for groceries etc. Next thing to do on the 4x4 is to replace the brake pads front and rear. I really should have brought some out with me from the UK. Here OEM is £91 front and £104 rear. I am preparing the car for MOT, recently introduced by the Kenyan government for cars older than 4 years. The car has to be valued as the government has added a 6% tax of the cars valuation which is then applied to the cars road insurance. Not looking forward to having the MOT done as it may involve corruption to get it through. I could be lucky and get a tester who is honest and above all of that bad stuff.
