My wife recently had something delivered from her work that was thin and fragile, the shipper had put some thin wooden board either side of it. The material was very poor qaulity but it served its purpose and is probably cheap.

I think it came via TNT.

A most unsuitable method of transporting an undertray l would have thought. The pallet would be much heavier than the tray making it pretty awkward to move about & it certainly wouldn't warrant a forklift truck.

Has anyone spoke to Hamptons regarding collection? They probably can’t be bothered shipping individual items if low value, but may sell them if collected?

I have only looked to see where they are as I was thinking the same but they are about 100 miles from me.
