Happy puss puss photos, thank you. There is a chap on a Facebook Kenya Reunited group who sells his animal photos for £65 each excluding frame and shipping. What he does is to lower the exposure for each photo he publishes. Once the buyer has paid, the buyer receives a properly exposed photo.

What are you up to today?

As you know we have private armed guards patrolling our property at night. Last night I heard one of them calling up to our bedroom window. When I looked out he said there were 2 large snakes nearby and the security light had packed up.

One of the snakes had gone under the bird table as the guard had been hitting it with a long stick. When he shone a torch at it, I could see it was an Ash Cobra, so I told him to let the snakes be and they will go away.

When I opened up the house this morning, the snakes were nowhere to be seen.

I must get the security light fixed today
Morning Phil,

Left over roasted chantenay carrots and the pie was a ready made chicken, ham and leek Pukka pie.

Whacking snakes with a stick reminds me of a Simpsons episode

Today I'll be popping to see Mum this morning and then I'll be cooking Ros and I proper food.......My homemade minced beef Tagliatelle

No doubt I'll be chasing the cats round the house with the camera too

Tomorrow (fingers well and truly crossed) the electrician should be finally getting the consumer unit fitted and the electricity connected to the studio.

Back to work Wednesday.

good morning
A rather damp and dismal day but quite mild with no frost.
A couple of little jobs to sort today, number 1 is to investigate the fan on our halogen oven which has started to become noisy and number 2 is to refit the base of the great grand kids toybox.

Last week of January already! Just got an email off the seed potato supplier saying my seed spuds I ordered last year are ready for collection in Bolton. Cant wait to get started after the frosts are over with. Daughter still has our car so it'll have to be the weekend before I can collect them Doing chilli con carne with rice & garlic baguette for tea tonight
