Default Rover 100 Woody Estate.

Hi all,

Nothing on tv as usual for a New Year's day, or anytime for that matter!!!

Lap top out, just having a trawl through anything Rover related. ( i have my eye on a ZT Tourer as a replacement for my beloved ZT that i should never had let go, another story that one!!!)

Anyhow, i came across this; https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rover-100...cAAOSwrXhfvPeO

Must say, not too sure about this one, but i suppose it will appeal to some. Thought it may have been some form of hearse conversion at first, but i don't think so.

What do you guys think??

Regards,

Dave.

It’s certainly different. I rather like it.

Think, if i had the choice, and also the spare cash, this one would do for me. Nice!!!

Not sure that conversion works for me, reminds me too much of a hearse. Hasn't got the charm of a Minor Traveller in my eyes.

it's a well known car in the P4 Driver's Guild. It is a genuine car, I'm not 100% sure of the story now as to how it came to be converted, whether it was when new or sometime after.

I used to be in the Guild and think it featured in one of the issues of the magazine and it had been restored after being found in a derelict condition if I recall correctly. That was going back quite a few years now though.

Not been around on here for a bit, due to not having my ZT, but as said, trying to make amends!!!!

So, therefore not sure if you still have your V8 tourer??

Sell me that and the Jowett could be yours!!!!

Yes I still have the V8 400 ZTT. Had her 5 years now, and still in love.

Dave.
There was a thread on this one a while back, some of those shut lines on the drivers door and bonnet look a bit iffy so not quite sure what is going on under there.
