High line issues

Hi all, my conni is playing silly beggers

1st, my screen works for a day then goes off for a month or so then randomly starts working again. When its not working the backlight still works with a 1 pixel wide blue line down the right hand side and the functions still work (can turn the screen off after a series of push button, turn knob etc).

2nd, today whilst driving home from derby the screen started working again

however, my sat nav GPS is telling the car that I was in fact driving around Hereford

I've checked the connectors around the system but nothing looks iffy and I'm not aware of any leaks (already sealed the boot up!)

Any thoughts much appreciated. Cheers
