I will get around to it Brian, I am keen to get it done and I will be in touch shortly, the ECU is easily removed by the looks of things so will be in touch thanks V

Thanks Vaughan. Found someone who will fit them for me. Ordered from Amazon. Not as cheap as the bay but I've nearly reached my spending limit with them (no, I don't want to become verified!). A tenner cheaper than Halfords though. By the way, do they have to be connected to the sidelights? I realise that they wouldn't then dim but just wondered if they would still work.

Chad.

Sugar! Just realised. My car has front fogs. Do you think the DRLs will fit inboard of those without being hidden by the number plate?

Chad. (Stupid boy!)

this set will fit ABOVE the fog lamps without spoiling the beams. They are almost exactly the same length as the black spot lamp shrouds. If you fit them inboard they are likely to be illegal as the minimum distance between the DRLS should be 600mm.

Don't see why not. Just do not connect the yellow wire to the side light
Red/Black and try them.
