Test drove the MG3 today
And rather enjoyed it, for the price, its hard to knock it.
Quality is nowhere near that of my 11 year ZT, but it would be on par with an ibiza or such like. Dealer was saying he's sold 60 since February, dealer is near Spalding in the middle of nowhere, so that's pretty good. Simon

Top spec is £9,999.
Glad you enjoyed it, mine went on a road trip down to croft this weekend. 394 mile round trip and it behaved impeccably!

Hi Alan, pleased yours is going well
I couldn't get over the space, they really are like the tardis, much more room inside than the ZT. Seriously having a good think, its just my principle of not buying new cars stopping me, Simon

Its the first time I have ever bought brand new. Glad I did, don't get me wrong there were issues which seem to have all been resolved now but engine wise it has been spot on, my issues were all cosmetic. I think it was due to a rush job finishing the cars as they were the first batch.
MG themselves have been very good customer service wise. Approaching 7,000 miles already so its well run in now!

It somehow has far more space inside than my ZT. Excellent value for money car, even when specced up like ours is.

They start at £8399 and whilst the top spec is £9999 i do know someone who paid £10499 simply because he had some extras fitted. Probably gold door handles!
