thanks andy. nice to hear that as i will use matts bolts and rimmer nuts. i have also coated the pinch holes all three with dynax s50 anti corrosion spray and the lower arm pins and through bolts . the lower arm pins also sit direct inside a cast iron bored hole. another corrosion point which does not not help during the splitting of the lower arm pin from the hub. as you say andy there will always be corrosion and you wont stop that even with marine 2 st/steel it happens. thanks for all replies.

No but the Copper grease and the Dynex S50 will certainly help !
Bolt shank well copper greased will aid removal even after a few years
