Default Anybody?

hi all ive come across these on ebay just wondered if anybody has used this or if it does what it says it does? or any ideas on this? with petrol prices the way they are it miht be a good idea for someone if it does what it says, it might be a good little mod?

More engine going into the engine wont improve effeciency when cruising.

A fan isn't going to pull in more air, either, as it's a massive restriction in the (really small) intake.

Snake oil.

If you put that in your air intake it will slow down the air coming in and reduce power and your engine will also be less efficient.

With these things you always have to ask yourself... if it can save as much fuel as it claims, and give you more power in the process.. then why haven't car manufacturers fitted them to every car?

(Answer... they don't work!)

hmmm,,,my son fitted one of these to his 5 series BM,,,, it now sits on the bench as an interesting paperweight!!!!

No improvement whatsoever im afraid!!

thanks for the feedback everyone, but im afraid ive already purchased one... at least i havent paid full price for it. oh well you live and learn i new it probably was to good to be true........, What to do with it when it comes? maybe i could chuck it at a wall see how long it takes to smash up! or next time i could just cuck a tenner down the drain!!!!!!
