Could be the low speed relais from what you are describing.

Can you replace it for a test?

Low speed is needed to keep KV6 from getting too hot and should work when tested (aircon & defrost).

For information: the temperature gauge is useless as it is electronically controlled and will not indicate a higher temperature then normal until it is too late.....

Agreed. Is this the original factory fitted fan and control box?

Must be make
When i take it apart
I i had 2x hot engine.
and you are right about that gauge
Last time with boiling engine fan was working high rev
Can i measure something on the box? To sort it out?
If fan is not working is that also reason airco pump not turning?

Yes.
  1. Measure the voltage at the small relay coil: red probe to blue wire and black probe to the battery negative post.
  2. With ignition on do you see 12v?
  3. With engine running and the windscreen demist button pressed the voltage should fall to zero.

I'm not sure about that Frank. Our first task is to get your fan system working.

Today i have checked if there is power on kable
Thik brown / blue 12 volt
Thik black 0 volt supose it is -
So if i connect those i have 2 speeds fan run's

All other 0 volt
Wich means the coil of relais gets no power.....
But , were does it get its signal? Fuse?
