Good morning Steve, that's quite an impressive scene, like something out of the movies. Thanks for posting it up.

I had a nasty fall during the night and fell bang on the hip onto the hardwood floor in the bedroom. A lucky escape as the joint has full movement, but is blooming sore. As one gets older, these mishaps are harder to bear. I will have to 'man up'.....

How are you?

Morning Phil, yeah, getting old sucks big time. I'm not good in the mornings, takes a while to get going. I don't have the statin induced aches and pains (not taking them at the moment) but suffering a general lack of energy, my get up and go has got up and gone!

There was a program on BBC1 the other morning , they were talking about the pros and cons of statins. One doc said statins add 15 years to your life, then went on to explain that doesn't mean you live 15 years longer, it means you feel 15 years older. That's the best description of the side effects I've ever heard.

Can you ask Stu to check his privacy settings on FB. I tried to post up the Happy Birthday with the 'Leopard gets whiskers' video and was blocked. It's probably FB, is the culprit. Cheers Jeff

What a feast you had last night, I don't know where you put it

Good morning Phil and Jessica hope that you have better news today
