Morning, grey, dank, verging on drizzle here.
Freezer is finally ice free, I'll clean it then switch it back on after I've gone out to do a wee bit of shopping. Hopefully the new belt for spare hoover #2 will arrive today, at the moment got nothing that'll lift the girl's hair off the carpet. Ging has been looking at some Dyson thing, nigh on five hundred quid , to hell with that! For that kind of money I'd expect them to supply somebody to do the hoovering as well. |

Morning everyone.
We have the sunshine today, it’s our turn. Getting the Bear ready for MG’s in the Park tomorrow. Got a BBQ, this afternoon, to go to at my neighbours across the road.

Morning. Cool but the sun is trying.
In a bit of a quandary, I can get a recon motor for the Vax but . . . . is it definitely the motor that's shot or has some tupenny electrical component on the PCB failed |

Not having much luck with hoovers Spare #2, an Electrolux, replaced the belt, lifted the hair perfectly but didn't do anything with it, nothing went into the collector Spare #1 works but it ain't got much oomph. I'm in business! To say the hose was blocked is a major understatement, perils of using it in the garage. Jeez its noisy though! Last edited by stevestrat; 4th September 2021 at 19:22.. |

Back from a great day at Snetterton, how those guys race at speeds of up to 180 is beyond me, balls like spacehoppers I reckon
Took Meg for a walk, now having a Guinness and nursing a sunburned head!!
