Can anyone who's been before tell me what it will be like if we get the forecast downpour? Still trying to decide whether to drive up or not....

All the roads are tarmac inside Raby, and you drive onto the grassed area only when you park up, and most are near to the roads around the castle.

Hope that helps

Dave

Light rain for the morning but getting better during the day, and will have my brolley for the show so that will keep the light rain off, and don't think it will be muddy as the rain will soak into the ground at Raby

The rain showers did not dampen enthusiasm. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. There was a lot of nice cars and it was good to chat to other members of the club.

The show was a lot smaller this year than previously, but we had a great location. I look forward to seeing pics of the photoshoot by the castle at the end of the show.

Yes a fantastic day.me and Jo with our 2 friends had a great day.the odd shower did not spoil the day.and never lasted more than a few minutes. Great to meet lord rover in his ford.all the way from wales for the show then back again in one day.hope you think it was worth it Dave.getting all the 75s lined up under the tree with Dave's ford.and outside the castle for the photos was great fun and looking forward to seeing them on here.great to see everyone from the club there.and quite a few members of the puplic seemed very interest in the rovers.with some of them having a sit in the cars and asking lots of questions. Maybe a few new owners and members in the not to distance. Yes a fantastic day out.
