The other year I caused a vehicle to stop and got out with my scraper and cleaned the persons windows off telling them that I would do it as they were incapable of sorting it.

Just goes to show how little some folks regard the skill of driving .

I reckon something a bit more personal as well as a fine would be appropriate.

First, the car is crushed so that stops them driving without involving considerable hassle and cost for them.

Second they are required to take an enhanced test.

Third a decent length of time on community service working with folks who have been injured in road collisions.

Plus, of course, the DD charges and subsequent grief that will cause for them.

Harsh? Absolutely.
