Steve, we are doing okay, the usual aches and pains thank you for asking. We are in a 3rd Covid wave and last night the government here stopped international flights to and from the UK, all domestic flights, trains stopped, curfew 6pm - 6am tightened up.

Apart from that, we are lucky living in a hot and sunny country, the garden and extension building is keeping us busy, although we are now in the rainy season with 2 months of rain expected.

How are you?

Morning all.

Bright, sunny and cold here but due to be chucking it down in a couple of hours.

SWMBO & FIL changed phones yesterday - so today is trying to find out & sort out what's mucked up, been "lost" etc. etc......

Wish me luck.

PS. Ian - If you fancy a trip to the Midlands & standing outside, socially distanced, in the rain, I wonder if you could help out.... 'cus I know you're an expert with new phones

Just sorting my new one out;it was my late aunt's but is a decent phone so I have kept it. Only thing is I am waiting for a case from eBay as I daren't use it without one.

Exactly!! That’s what is so confusing, both wife and daughter don’t like meat because of its texture and taste, rather than moral reasons, but both will eat veggie sausages until they come out their ears. Fiona doesn’t really like quorn stuff just a couple of things but daughter eats most of it. Like you I’m not a great veg eater, I like peas, carrots, roast parsnip, and broccoli only if it’s got plenty gravy with it, but I hate onions, sprouts (sorry Jeff) and cabbage, don’t really like salad stuff either apart from cucumber, spring onion and peppers ,cherry tomatoes but not regular tomatoes.
My detestation of veg comes from Sunday lunch when my dad forced me to eat some sprouts and some cabbage as a kid or I wasn’t allowed out to play after dinner.
