Default H7 LED’s or HID kit

I’ve got myself some projectors and have been thinking what bulbs to fit whether it’s an HID kit or go LED.

Loads on eBay and Amazon etc with a lot of mixed reviews so any suggestions decent reviews of either.

HIDs in original halogen projectors are now an instant MoT failure! LEDs are not apparently, but I'm not sure how easy they would be to fit and you may still fail an MoT.

As above, HID kits fitted to halogen projectors is a mot failure. However this is a visual inspection and the MOT tester can't take the bulb access covers off so if you hid the ballasts well then the tester can't fail it.

LED headlight bulbs aren't part of the MOT at the moment so as long as they give the correct adequate beam pattern they'll pass.

I’m swaying towards HID I had a lot in the zt years ago that was pretty decent.
Had a quick look and there is loads to choose from so will check out some reviews and see what I can pick up.

Yep. The only lights which don't need canbus are fogs, reversing, and side repeaters
