Long time doing it
Well I have just spent two and a half hours doing the worst job ever on 75 .
I have done most of the "Big " jobs on my car, Clutch, ABS sensor, Bottom front arms and Bushes etc. But this one was the worst. Trying to re join the Heater Matrix pipes with those silly clamp things with out them leaking has took me two and a half hours and a foot well of antifreeze. But in the end perseverance succeeded. I now have heat on both sides of the car (Sorry if this is not in perfect English)

Flushed mine out twice, still not perfect but the thought of those designed by the devil clips is just too much to entice me to do it again. Like you, last time was hours and hours....

Awful design, and even worse on the MK 2 as the pipes go directly into the matrix with no joins.

Hey well done, I always thought that was the worst job, until I tried to replace the brake light sensor on top of the pedal

The hardest job of all is replacing your Rover with a modern car because you can't do the things that you used to do (like getting out of it!).
