I have just downloaded the files...hopefully it will work in my late 2002 Rover 75 Diesel. (Fingers crossed)

It's almost certainly newer than the original discs you may have with your cars

Download here
http://www.ocinternet.co.uk/hilinenav/

The best results seem to be with the second link on that page (BIN version)
When you download, you'll see 2 files. One small file (CUE) and a large one (BIN)
To burn it to a disc, get a normal CDR, preferably a silver bottomed one.
Then download a free app, like ImgBurn for example.
Pop your blank disc in the drive, fire up ImgBurn, find the CUE file, then set the burn speed to 1x and let it burn baby

Good luck and enjoy plotting your routes from your house to work.
(come on, we all do it )

Do these work on a mk2 cd sat nav

I cant get it to work. Cd keeps ejecting from the drive. I've burned both the BIN and CUE files onto a cdr but no go. Is the burn speed important because mine burns only at x10.

Managed to get it working.
Had to burn at x4 speed.
Also, I didn't realise that by clicking the .CUE file it automatically loads your burning software and sorts itself out.
I was trying to write both files to a disc manually.

My sat nav keeps ejecting randomly (not when using the sat nav maps while driving) ejecting the disc. I sometimes open the trunk, and bam, it's ejected. I wonder if that's because of the disc or the mk2 sat nav is faulty?

Do these disks have TMC? A couple of sites where you can buy (yeah, right oh) the disks, say TMC not enabled for UK. Was there a cutoff point when they removed it?
