Unhappy Death of a Jap spec

This morning whilst driving to work a woman was too busy watching the bus behind me and didnt notice me driving in front of the bus.

This is the result

I cant get both front doors to shut and having a closer look the sill is bent and the b post has been twisted so I would say terminal unfortunately

The car was my pride and joy and I really loved every minute driving it so im really saddened that it will probably end up in the scrap yard.

I have my diesel facelift however its just not the same

I have whiplash and a sprained trapezial muscle however if it wasnt for the cars strength who knows what would have happened.

all in all im totally gutted.

Bad news Thomas, hope you are ok, as for the car, you may be able to buy it back if it's a write off. Depends on how much damage to B post

Thanks for the wellwishes people, I had a lie under the vehicle tonight and its twisted slightly from what I can see, the B post is also kinked at the bottom, so much so that the rear door rubs against the inner wheel arch.

The damage to the B post is very small , looking at what i can see , it will of also bent the hinges on the b post. its an easy repair trust me , for a decent panel man .. this is another contract repair , if you are going through insurance...

That's terrible. So sorry for you. For many years my car has just been a lump of metal and if it got hit so what? I must admit after all these years of accident free motoring I would be really upset if the 75 took a shunt of any sort.
Hope it can be sorted.
