They're hoot to ride really, thrash the life out of them and they're great fun for a few miles.

If my commute to work was more local I'd be sorely tempted by a C1 of all things. I think they make a lot of sense.

Hehe 100cc blade lol, didnt realise I put that!

Heres what I mean...

Going from this...

To this...

Reason behind it? Have had a few 'big' cc bikes, but nothing feels as good as wringing a fast 600 to within an inch of its life Involving ride.

Bad luck on failing the test, but when you do get it, it will be worth it.

I am constantly thumbing my indicator button to make sure I have cancelled the indicators. There are far too many silly old sods driving old Rovers around to risk confusing them with false signals

Hey Truck-Driver, when we silly old sods rode motor cycles they did not have indicators, so you have to make allowances for us!

Soon as get a bit of no claims together think I'm going the R1 route, tried a mates a couple of days ago and errmm crikey tips into roundabouts bit quicker than the Fazer and the riding position fits me better than the Fazer which i'm still trying to get my head around all that power makes it so simple to ride.

So I guess you can tell I loved it......

I really think there's too much traffic around these days for pseudo race bikes. You have to commit to a corner before you know what's on the far side of it. And the riding position makes you feel like you have to be the fastest thing on the road.

Perhaps it's just that I'm getting older but I prefer the plod plod plod of the Harley these days.

I high sided my Yam about 12 years ago in Yorkshire. Luckily there was nothing coming the other way, but it made me see things a little differently.

Biking is the best fun you can have on wheels, but just don't go from a 125 straight to a 900RR. That is a recipe for disaster.

By the way, this is my dream machine. I looked for one for 10 years but gave up this year.
