mine was by the way a shrinking violet compared to some; preferred it hidden away!

The problem with threads like this is, it makes you want. I have plenty of life left in my system, perhaps the back box.. The wife would definitely notice.

Thanks for the pics everyone.

Looks like oval tailpipes are a popular choice.

I have been quoted £129 for a stainless backbox or £250 for a cat back stainless system. This was by email straight from Tony Banks himself.

And Pab your right because my car only had a new system fitted in May but I had a stainless on my last Zt and really need that look and sound back in my life again

At that price I could do with one in my life too.

Where is the guy located, I could perhaps swing by and have a chat.

On the Tong Road ring road as if you're going out towards airport and Pudsey.
£250 is a bargain still. If I were to have it done i'd have gone for the extra backbox but gone with twin pipes each side.

Could be worth trying to wangle a club discount, given the interest? If you don't ask you dont get. If he could do the cat back for £200 again how many would be interested?

Just been reading the email again and he has stated that most customers go for a Mild Sport sound.

Is this the sound you have chosen and if so how is it?
