i wish it was a joke when i went to POL this woman said if we all stop having goes at other groups this would work i will get PETE and the other groups owners to sit around a table and talk how this would work but me and my dad will work out the money bit just need the owners to all work together as the factory will be owned for all the groups to enjoy

I think he meant the running cost of the site AFTER it's been bought for £20M


You will have a falling down old building that would cost a fortune to keep maintained, then there is council taxes, electricity bills etc etc etc


It would make a good place to house a car museum but the building would have to generate it's own income. Just storing old cars it in won't generate income.

Prohibitive i would suggest

As I said to Thomas in a PM over the weekend sadly Longbridge is a thing of the past as are so many other iconic industrial sites. ( Ravenscraig, Linwood, Swindon Rail Works etc etc etc).

In my opinion the way we remember Longbridge is to keep and maintain our wonderful cars.
