I have a DICE interface on the way to me, should arrive in the next few days.

Installed Parrot system in my car almost two years ago... no problems.
Icelink Plus system changed to Dice system

No problems, straight plug in replacement for the Icelink Plus

Operation a bit different but seems to be more stable than the Icelink.

Ipod controls stay fully operational
Stereo Aux input available for external use

Very Nice DeeCee, the BM24 is easier to fit & use not requiring the Connector lead. You just need a source for the Wood Finish around the 16:9 screen to finish it, or wood that be to much?

Hi DC,
Many thanks for that, it fits the bill very nicely, especially with the bm24 which is a far cheaper option. (I didn't think you could get ID3 tags without the '54) So!!! Its CD changer out, Dice in its place? Would you mind giving me an idea of the cost please?

Regards

Default Dice Ipod interface

Originally installed a Icelink Plus interface in my R75,4:3 screen, radio, TV module and Mk3 nav.
Text tag displayed no problems in this standard Rover equipment.
..... The Icelink was sometimes a little unstable and could lockup, requiring disconnection to reset.

So far the Dice has performed faultlessly...... early days.... only installed three days ago
My upgraded system uses 16:9 screen, 16:9 TV tuner, BM24 Radio, MKIV nav.
No idea how the Dice will perform with the standard Rover nav system.

See my earlier posts in this thread for more info.

It was easy for me to buy as I have family in the USA, cost was $99.... £55 plus post of about £10.
This was for the upgrade module only, my existing Icelink wiring connected to the Dice module with no alterations.

..... suppler as noted in the first post... they supply worldwide.
