Does that mean you have some old ones you need to get rid of? I'm not desperate yet, but I need to get shut of my 15"s!

3 Meteors just turned up Thanks Brian!
They are fine and just as you described. Marks will hardly show when fitted to our beloved Tourer! (which were all kerbed before we got it)

Maybe not suitable for a show car.

However if the original supplier could have been bothered to unwrap and inspect what they were selling, they could quite easily have described them as shop soiled and still been a bargain.

We have a set of 5 now but I'm in 2 minds as to putting one as a spare.(extra weight compared to the space saver etc)
The Tourer is already 65 Kg heavier than the saloon.

Here are some weight comparisons I've just made:

Space saver = 14 Kg
Meteor + tyre = 23 Kg

So everyone who carries a full size spare is humping an extra 8 KG round with them! For most of our ZT owners with "the Aerosol" you guys are saving another 13.5 Kg by the absence of the saver wheel

Cheers

Exactly my thoughts, if they were described as anything other than "brand new" then I would have just accepted them .. infact if they had insisted that I pay for return of the wheels then I would have probably just accepted them

As it stands we both gained. Thanks.

Wow, I didn't realise the weight difference! I've got a standard steely for a spare, but am wondering now if there would be something to gain by having a space saver...
