Just voted..........................this wonderful car is still way ahead of the others, as it should be! I think they have placed it in the wrong catagory though.

nah at the end of the day its not in the same league as the XJ series jags, (its close but not that close) and would get soundly beaten in that group I think. I dare say though that the Mondeo owners will be complaining about that as well, as most of the ones I spoke to think thier cars are "better than the average repmobile"
I think it is a very good all round family car, and deserves more credit than it gets, maybe this survey will bring it back into the limelight again

There's normally a category 'executive car', between 'family car' and 'luxury car', which is where the 75 arguably belongs - up against things like the Audi A6, rather than the A8 (against which it would struggle). It always amazes me that it is normally bracketed with Mondeos, Vectras, Lagunas, etc., when it seems patently obvious that it belongs in a more upmarket category (and I've felt this since the car first appeared, not just since I bought one last year).
