Bonnet catch
Hi guys, I wonder if any body can help with this one. When I pull the bonnet release in the car, the catch lever that normally appears through the radiator grill does not pop out. I carried out the club recommended mod for the bonnet catch, but still the bonnet release lever still does not pop out, I have to just flick it up with a scew driver. It's no big deal to do this but its NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- annoying. Any ideas cheers Allan V

Is it catching one of the fins, or maybe the little spring as failed, take it off and check it.

Hi Mario.
Remove the front grill, then unbolt the bonnet catch to bolts, marked with the orange spots in the photo below. You don't have to lower or remove the bumper just the front grill. 1
