Had me a mess about.
As suggested I checked to see if everything was connected.
It wasn't the blue connector wasn't plugged in.
When I plugged it in the red light came on the disk holder.
I pressed the eject button and a disk came out.
The date on the disk was 2006/2007
Got in the car and sure enough Navigation came up on screen.
I put works address in and a map and directions came up.
Dead chuffed with all that and THANKYOU to ALL that advised me.

Another few questions now springs to mind.
1) Will the 2006/2007 disk be ok to use?
2) Is there a more up to date disk for my system, if so what date is it up to?
3) Where am I able to get this up to date disk and how much can I expect to pay?
