Off out very soon so Bridget can meet up with Quizzie. Poor Bridget has had kennel cough so hasn't seen her friends for a good couple of weeks. Expecting proper bonkers from her. It'll be brilliant

Good evening Julie and Dawn, it’s great to hear you are getting through this okay and looking after yourselves. I continue to make good progress and today I enjoyed my first big meal in 2 months without any ill effects:

Shepards Pie, broccoli, carrots, peas and gravy with apple crumble and custard for dessert. A treat shared with my younger brother, his wife and Jessica.
